  It's been a while since my last blog post. As I sit in my calm office – my second home – I realize my blog is more than just words. It's a peek into my work journey, something that might resonate with some of you. Today, I break the silence, hoping to keep this flow going. In my last post, I shared proudly how I became a top performer at HSBC. But truth be told, it wasn't all easy. There were mistakes that slowed me down. Writing this is hard and maybe that is why it took me so long to publish this blogpost. When I started at HSBC, I followed all the rules, especially the dress code. It was mandatory and it was my first job. I wanted to make a good impression. But soon after I joined there was a dress code policy change, they made it Semi-Formal. I took it too far.
